Lum Nathalie is a passionate and empathetic Humanitarian/ Gender Advocate from Cameroon with over 5 years work experience in over 3 different projects from UNICEF, SWISS Agency for Development and Cooperation and Consiel Nouveau Sommet Afrique France under the French Embassy in Cameroon. Her expertise knowledge in handling issues of Gender inequality and her drive for Gender advocacy was nursed from a BSc and MSc in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Buea Cameroon. Having coordinated projects for different organizations, she is currently Executive Director of Dorothy and Cecilia Memorial foundation and organization that strives to foster the gender equality in Cameroon and beyond
